Mike Walsh is the founder of IMPACT Consulting Services, created to help institutions and conferences navigate the next competitive era of college athletics. A veteran communications strategist and executive operator, Walsh has spent much of his career at the intersection of athlete rights, institutional branding and revenue strategy.

After helping build one of the country’s most forward-thinking institutional NIL programs, Walsh now advises leaders across college athletics on how to move beyond compliance and build durable competitive advantage in the revenue-sharing era. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of ONIT Athlete, one of the leading companies in the collegiate trading card and athlete licensing space.
